The hotel and staff were great. There was a softball tourney in town with a lot of them staying in the hotel. This does not alleviate the staff from it's responsibilities to enforce it's own rules. Pool was packed with at least 20 people at 9:00 PM screaming and yelling. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming and banging doors. Called front desk to complain and was told it was the night shift maintenance mans responsibility. It finally got bearable about 2:00 am.

It was an overnight on a roadtrip. However there is lots to do in the area so it would be a nice place to return. The hotel was great. Clean and up to date. Had a decent area to walk my dog.

The entire staff was wonderful and helpful. They provided a good breakfast buffet, cookies in the afternoon, and had coffee/tea available all day! The room/hotel is clean and well kept, great AC. The key system was not working consistently so we repeatedly had to return to the front desk to have our key reset. The pool is smaller and it was very hot, making the water too warm to swim in later in the day.

The fan to the air conditioning on the roof on the fourth floor sound like Dove is all night long squawking and making noise

We stayed here for three nights. The location is perfect for activities on Crystal River and Three Sisters Springs & manatee tours. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. The outdoor pool was clean and well-kept.

We started our stay with a hiccup on my part and that I had booked us for the wrong day. Charlotte made sure that didn’t get in the way she worked everything out and we had an awesome stay. Highly recommend.
