“I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. “We booked the private family room/suite. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags. Upon our return many hours later our room was gone. They did not mention this earlier and had plenty of time to do so, especially given that they sat us down for water to welcome us. The reasons for not providing our room varied, including bad plumbing to no electricity, but based on the conversation I witnessed with an earlier customer, I believe they gave our room away. “Fabulous location right by the lake and close to restaurants . The manager Phu and his wife were really friendly and will help you if need any advice or booking cabs etc..The room were very quiet and clean. A really good choice for anyone coming to Ninh Binh.”

La encargada nos ofreció habitación en otro lugar cercano pero no estaba al mismo nivel así que le pedimos la devolución y tuvimos que buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos de último momento. “We loved this place! So clean and friendly staff. The best bit is the position, easy 5 minute walk into the main part of Tam Coc, but far enough away to be quiet. Plus you get a perfect view from sitting your bungalow or in the breakfast area to the river with all the boats passing. You could lose lots of time just sitting watching everyone pass by. ”

“Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place. The room was run down and smelt of excrement, probably because of the bathroom which is……
