"The property was well maintained and the staff was extremely helpful. Parking was convenient and included with the reservation. The breakfast had several options and was delicious. The room was comfortable and the amenities such as shampoo and lotion were appreciated. There is a grocery store next door making it easy to pickuup some snacks and drinks. The only drawback was it was not close to the things we wanted to see such as we walked an hour to the the palace. There is public transportation near by if someone does not like/want to walk. We also felt some of the neighborhoods we went through were not as nice and the sidewalk situation was a bit difficult to navigate, but again, public transportation would probably help avoid this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Overall a good choice. Centrally located and offers parking which is very convenient. Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good for laptop work and being out of room. Biella region is beautiful and relatively uncrowded compared to other small cities. Recommend hiking in Zegna Oasis preserve and Santuario Di Oropa. Piacenza factory store in Pollone has quality cashmere and wool clothing. Also recommend day trips to Torino and Aosta Valley. We would definitely return to this hotel!"

Nous aurions aimé être informés de ces fermetures au moment de la réservation. Dans l’ensemble, c’est toutefois un très bon hôtel et nous avons apprécié notre séjour."
