The great village has beautiful walks and good food. The owners are sweet and loved our kids. Close to amazing beaches and wonderful villages. Will return!!!

Beautiful located house with sea view, different areas to sit (garden, balcony) depending on the sun and time of day. All facilities present, very comfortable. Our children were thrilled with the turtle in the garden. Owners are very nice and attentive to their guests!

Maria Theresa has created the perfect holiday home. I think she has poured a lot of thought and love into the house - and it shows. The house itself is beautiful - and very spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers). We really enjoyed the different outside spaces for bbq-ing, relaxing and taking in the endless sea view. There was a very helpful set of notes about the house and the surrounding area. There was plenty to explore; I loved the variety of different beaches within a short walk/drive - from the creek of su riu (perfect for snorkelling) to the picture-perfect white beaches of the sinis pinisula and the waves of arenas - as well as a stunning mountain walk and the winding streets of bosa.

If you happen to find this beautiful house because it is still available, you have struck gold. We have spent two fulls weeks here end of May / beginning of June with our three young kids. The entire house and garden is very well looked after. Many and comfortable opportunities to sit outside, very nice views to the sea and the countryside. Inside as well as outside, you can feel that Maria Teresa spends time here too - there are so many lovely details, so many nice wooden furniture, and everything with the needs of guests in vacation at mind too. We have very much felt at home during these two weeks and cannot wait to come back soon :) The village itself is full of nice people, and the countryside around is just astonishing, and the most beautiful beaches not far away. And at this time of the year, the water is already good for swimming, we have enjoyed it alot. Thank you Maria Teresa for having us, you have been a wonderful host. Thank you for all the very useful information you have put together and for the excellent welcome cakes! PS: The kids loved to feed the little turtle Victoria!

Wir haben im September eine Woche in dem schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist großartig. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und liegt absolut ruhig. Die sympathischen Vermieter haben eine umfangreiche Mappe mit vielen Informationen zu Ausflügen und Restaurants etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Abwicklung war in allem professionell.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem großen gepflegten Garten. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und im Garten stehen Sitzplätze sowie Grill und Kochplatten zur Verfügung. Auf der Veranda befinden sich Sitzplätze mit Meerblick. Das waren beste Voraussetzungen für schöne Urlaubstage!

Dieses wunderbare Haus war der Mittelpunkt unserer Sardinienreise und wir haben die schöne Zeit hier sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde von den Eigentümern schon vor längerer Zeit gebaut und dann auch selbst genutzt. Was wir besonders geschätzt haben: Alles sehr grosszügig und ansprechend eigerichtet auf einem schönen ausgedehnten Grundstück.

Das Haus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und lässt von der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos tatsächlich so vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin ist problemlos und Fragen werden promt beantwortet. Wie hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Ruim huis, goed voorzien van handdoeken, kookgerei, borden, glazen en bestek, ook waren er boeken en spellen. Mooie tuin, patio en balkon, zodat je altijd in of uit de zon cq wind kan zitten. Mooie kust vlakbij. Zeer uitgebreide informatie over het huis en de omgeving. Alleen 1 van de matrassen was wat minder goed (beetje aflopend naar buiten). Verder helemaal perfect!

Casa I Cardellini hält alle Versprechungen, die in der Beschreibung gemacht werden! Das Haus, der Innenhof und der Garten sind durchdacht und liebevoll und auch mit viel Fantasie und Kunstverstand eingerichtet und angelegt. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause! Bei der Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wein und Kekse auf dem Tisch. Alles im Haus und auch draußen im Garten war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Es gibt drinnen und draußen viel Platz und die Terrassen und der große Garten schaffen Möglichkeiten bei jeder Tageszeit draußen zu sitzen! Der Blick zum Meer ist toll! Es gibt eine Menge Extras, wie die Außenküche mit Barbecue und den Pizzaofen, in dem wir wunderbare Pizza gebacken haben! Als wir dort waren, war es an einigen Tagen außergewöhnlich kühl, aber mit Hilfe der vorhandenen Elektroheizung war es trotzdem angenehm! Molte grazie, Maria Teresa per una settimana meravigliosa nella casa i Cardellini! Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

La maison est très agréable à vivre. Il y a plein d'endroits pour se reposer, bouquiner, dessiner ou pianoter sur son téléphone dans la maison (terrasses des 2 côtés ) ou dans le grand jardin. La vue est superbe. Nos hotes étaient très aimables et attentifs. Les plages sont toutes proches, et magnifiques. C'est un endroit parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la mer.

Tout est dans le titre : location extraordinaire ! La maison est magnifique, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur, avec plein d'espaces frais et agréables. L'équipement est parfait. On s'y sent comme chez soi... et même mieux. Cerise sur le gâteau : une crique magnifique, très peu fréquentée, avec de l'eau cristalline et une profusion de poissons à 7 minutes de marche de la maison ! Location en or, à conseiller très très vivement. Un grand merci à Maria Térésa de nous avoir accueillis dans un tel lieu.

Wir haben uns in der "Casa dei Cardellini" sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer und die vielen Plätze im Innenhof und im Garten haben wir genossen. Ganz besonders liebevoll gestaltet ist der Innenhof, mit den verschiedenen Koch- und Backstellen und die fantastische Außendusche.Die Inneneinrichtung ist perfekt.Ideal ist das Haus mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Obwohl das Haus nicht an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist der Verkehr doch zu hören.

Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte FeWo - einfach alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht: Nett eingerichtete Wohnung, alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und es ist einfach alles, genau wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben vor allem die Abende beim Grillen unter den Olivenbäumen sehr genossen. Sollten wir je eine FeWo kaufen, diese wäre eines unserer Wunschobjekte 😉 Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge entlang der Westküste und ins Inselinnere. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen - vielen Dank an Maria Teresa für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation !

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und stilvoll, mit großem parkartigem Gartenbereich. Schöner Meeresblick und in die typische weite Landschaft. Sehr freundliche und stets bemühte Vermieterin. Eindrucksvolle Sandsteinküste zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen. Klares Wasser in der Badebucht des Ortes. Viele gut erreichbare Kulturstätten und Bademöglichkeiten.

Pulitissima, una meravigliosa veranda vista mare ed un grande curatissimo giardino. Colazione in giardino, cena in un ampio balcone, guardando tramonto e cielo stellato, a due passi dal mare o al massimo a meno di 30 minuti d'auto da almeno una decina di spiagge stupende dai riflessi aurei. Das Haus ist traumhaft und eignet sich sehr für Familien, sehr sauber mit großen Zimmern, einem tollen Garten und wunderschöner Terrasse mit Meerblick. Alles sehr durchdacht und aufeinander abgestimmt. Sehr nette Vermieter mit viel Gefühl und Engagement für ihre Gäste. Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gefallen, eine schöne Bucht und viel Natur außen rum. La villa che abbiamo prenotato ci è piaciuta appena siamo arrivati al sua cancello: piacevole, in zona tranquilla e la prima cosa che ci ha colpito sono stati il giardino ed il barbecue con la zona pranzo esterna. All’ Inter non non manca nessun confort e la casa è perfettamente pulita. La location è fantastica e la tranquillità assoluta. Un mix di giornate piacevoli in pieno confort. La consiglio vivamente. La casa è grande e, anche se l'arredamento non è nuovo, è confortevole e ben attrezzata. Anche nelle giornate più calde c'è sempre un angolo fresco dove rilassarsi. Molto bello il mare che c'è vicino alla casa. Se vogliamo trovare un piccolo difetto è la vicinanza della strada statale, un po' rumorosa. Complessivamente è stata una vacanza molto piacevole.

Wir verbrachten im Okt. 2019 einen schönen Familienurlaub ( 2 Erw, 2 Ki 16J und14J) in dem großen, sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Der gesamte Aussenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Outdoorküche zum Grillen und Kochen wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Wichtig für unsere Kinder— das WLAN hat im gesamten Haus funktioniert. Bedanken möchten wir uns für die umfangreichen Unterlagen zum Haus , Ausflug- und Restauranttips. Der Kontakt zu Maria Theresa war hervorragend und völlig unkompliziert.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im geräumigen und gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist ausgezeichnet und es hat alles was man braucht in ausreichender Anzahl. Wir haben den Aussengrill mit der Kochstelle sehr geschätzt und viele wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus bewundert. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und es gibt zahlreiche unterschiedliche Strände und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Region. Der Empfang war unkompliziert und sehr gastfreundlich.

My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Maria Theresa’s amazing home. The house has a wonderful position overlooking the sea and is full of thoughtful touches inside and outside that make it a real pleasure to stay in. This was our first visit to Sardinia and we loved exploring all the local sights from the Sinis Penisula up to Bosa, but nothing beat our morning swim with the fishes in the cove opposite. Maria Theresa was a charming and informative owner who helped making the booking as easy as possible.
