This property was immaculately cleaned, very well kept yard and kitchen well stocked. We had a great stay, it was very comfortable and I would highly recommend. Culburra is a great holiday destination if you’re looking for something a little quieter and want to enjoy the gorgeous beaches nearby.

Great spot

The property was perfect for our family of four. Two lounge rooms for kids and adults to hang out separately and great backyard and garden with fire pit. The scooters were great to ride to the beach, a quick trip of about 5 mins. Comfy beds, fluffy towels, a corner bath, and inside fire were all lovely.

Spacious comfortable house great for families or groups

Great location near Culburra Beach, skatepark and shops/coffee/bar. Easy and comfortable layout all on one level with a wonderful yard for dogs and two living areas good for teens watching tv. We played table tennis daily and the kids loved the boogie boards provided. The new bar/brewery is fabulous with lovely staff, and Pete from the surf school was absolutely brilliant with the teen girls who were catching waves within a couple of days.

Perfect house

The house is well presented ,super clean ,easy check in .You have everything you need and more.The kids had a great time playing table tennis ,riding the provided bikes.lovelt quite neighbourhood. Definitely we will rebook.

The town was a bit of a let down, and the inlet was very smelly, the property was neat and tidy. Vent in main bathroom broken, the microwave needed to slam the door. Fly screen on back door let’s all the flies in.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay (5nights). Upon arrival the first thing to stand out as we entered the kitchen was the kitchen bench which has been left dirty, marks left on bench. Floors weren’t cleaned (dust and scraps on floor). Out door area was our favorite as we sat around the fire pit every night. The space was fantastic for the kids to kick the ball around. A little disappointed that the outdoor setting (which had a cover on it when we arrived) was covered in bird poop. Dog hair covered the cushions on the outdoor lounge as well as the floor. We hosed the tiled areas to clean up the hair. Would be great if all bedrooms had a fan or Airconditioning as we found it uncomfortably humid in the rooms and this was with windows open. Also, en-suite toilet window cannot open, this would be idea to have opened to allow fresh air. Given the peak time of year and the amount we paid (no issues with price at this time of year) but would expect the home to be in a very clean state at the least.

Culburra Beach

The property was well located, clean, and with a number of seating areas both inside and out. The kitchen was well supplied with crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. The good supply of boardgames was welcomed, and also the back garden for children's play. Outdoor seating under cover was also appreciated. There were a couple of weaknesses: 1. Towel rails - none in the bathroom apart from one hook on the door nor in the bedrooms, 2. The two rear bedrooms did not have overhead fans and were very stuffy in hot weather.

Cosy and Comfortable at Culburra

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was also immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice that the little things were thought of such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges, coffee pods, breakfast condiments. We enjoyed sitting down and relaxing in 2 lounge areas- Netflix was available and the wifi was good. Outside was lovely with the outdoor lounge and large outdoor dining suite, we roasted s’mores over the fire pit and was so cosy. The table tennis set up in the garage was great too! The house was a short walk to the beach and the neighbourhood was tranquil. We would love to come back!

Perfect house for our weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and perfectly located, close to the beach for morning & afternoon strolls and close to the shops to grab a coffee at Frankies coffee van or drop into Woollies. Kitchen was fully equipped, big plus. Relaxing on the outside lounge area was great. We even got to use the firepit, which was great. Glass of wine, good laugh with mates, can't go wrong. Really good weekend and would happily go back

Delightful Delamer

This beautiful house is a perfect holiday escape. Super comfortable with a wonderful backyard and a short walk to the beach. All furniture is well thought out and air conditioning and a ping pong table perfect. Having a clean BBQ and outdoor furniture are a must. The provision of tea towels and ample plates and toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets just needs to be included in such an upmarket property. We all had a fabulous week, thank you so much.
