The location is perfect for touring the Centro area of Cuenca and has access to multiple types of transport (train, taxi, etc). The staff is absolutely exceptional. The best hospitality I can ever recall. Their hospitality and level of care is equivalent to any top hotel in the world. Their communication is also exceptional before and throughout the experience. They were eager to accommodate our last minute……
