「Staff reception did not listen to me. Was preoccupied. It is a new premises with a few minor issues. We were not informed that an additional deposit was required, no tissues supplied, no milk available. The mattress was exceptional.」

「Similar to Wentworth hotel a bit to the east along A44, dated and worn rooms with dated shared facilities. Location quite good for dining options and Sydney Olympic Village which is why it gets a 3 and not a 2. Hotel had a bar and restaurant. Bar noise wasn’t a problem at night. Cleanliness okay but not great.」

「非常差！ 首先：我是幫朋友訂房已付清全額已經打電話詢問過可否出示非本人證件了，此飯店電話是hotel.com的電話客服回覆我說「你已經付清了當然可以」，所以安心下定。 當天check in 卻說要我本人證件正本（不就還好我在附近）我們是從別的城鎮過來如果我沒到就無法入住了。 櫃檯態度也非常差！ 過了一夜大家出去玩半夜要回飯店發現「房卡失效」完全無法開門！已經累的半死所有東西都在房裡卻進不去！此時打飯店電話完全沒人接（根本無人值班）只好睡車上（還好車鑰匙在身上），直到早上八班點半櫃檯有人了，卻只願意補償讓我們晚兩小時check out ! 這種掃興的事在旅途中真是非常糟。」

「The property was a pleasant surprise. It was very spacious and clean inside. Big living/kitchen area and the bedrooms vspacious. The beds were really comfy and great pillows. Perfect for what we needed.If booking for a family with small children there are a couple of steps inside that you would have to be careful with! Overall we were all very happy with our stay.The host - Ria - was awesome and answered allIf my questions without hesitation and promptly 」

「The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was small (not ideal for someone who is 6'2) but I (5'2) had no issues. It was in a great location, easy to access. Maryum was easy to talk to and get a hold of anytime we needed something.」

「It is attached to the house ,which they are living with four windows could see &hear the other side and it is not build according to the Australian standard(such shower and light and ventilation et…)we are very disappointed and tried to find other accommodation close to our conference but it was too late. I could shave because it was no vanity and mirror .and bed and bed sheets were old and the smell of mould etc . 」
