My sense is it has been recently remodeled and has a new feel. The multiple window air conditioners were much appreciated during the hot days this past week. 「Enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. Perfect little spot for a couple or small family. Short walk down to a private little beach (there is a decent hill to walk down, but doable!). Lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby. We happened to be there on a 90 degree day and the sleeping loft was a bit toasty but it was manageable. The lower level was cool with AC. Overall very clean, easy parking, no complaints. 」

「We enjoyed our week at this rental , it was close enough to all the activities we needed to attend in Providence, but far enough away to be a quiet relaxing location. It was quaint and charming, when we had a sudden issue with the water heater the landlord had it fixed immediately. He gave me a tour of the waterfront snd when we left a couple Orr items behind he even mailed them out to us!」
