“It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money.”

“Very beautiful villa, peaceful and secluded, clean and well maintained, fully furnished and received a warm welcome from Sue. Location central to major towns. Highly Recommended and will definitely look to book again in the future.”

“The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma”

“So shops are near by as are arcades etc but the van its self needs updating. It hadn't been cleaned much as there was sand in bathrooms, dirt up the sides near dinner table cob webs etc etc but as we was staying one night we felt with it. Tho 1 bathroom the floor felt unsafe and the roof in living room looks as if bowing.”

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby.……

“Lovely 3 bed ground floor flat. 2 doubles and a single. Pet friendly although in the end we left our dog at home. Private garden space down some steps at the side of the house. Parking for 1 car on the drive at front of house. Located just behind the park with a very short walk to the seafront and shops. Perfect for those who want to park up and relax. Very quiet road. Buses are a convenient way to get around and run from Skegness to mablethorpe quite frequently.”

“Gina and Colin were very welcoming hosts. Lovely peace and quiet. Numerous birds in the grounds, tawny owl in the nearby tree at night and bats flying past. I visited four nature reserves in the vicinity, plus Boston town and Lincoln City. If you are lucky you might see a visiting badger.”

“A lovely location with garden, wildlife and a full size snooker table! Easy parking and good access to interesting towns, villages and the coast.”
