Room was not of the standard off the rooms we normal get,and was on second floor with no lift access(husband ill health ,asked for room lower down,wanted extra £60 for 2nights .everything else was perfect as usual,and we are regular visitors !

Fantastic
Cabin was absolutely perfect. Very peaceful and the bed was phenomenal. So comfortable. Communication from Rachel was brilliant and she couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely be back
