“This Hotel is a 'smart hotel' where you get a code to open the Hotel & the room. The room was huge....2 TV's, a couch, big bed and 2 chairs & table beside the bed. The bathroom was also huge. A spa bath with shower over the bath. 2 basins. This was a great hotel. The restaurant below (not associated with the Hotel as such, was also excellent.”

“All was excellent from communication prior to arrival to check out. Charming hosts made me feel welcome. Room was clean and comfortable I was visiting the sights and everywhere was within easy range. A range of food places close by including a wetherspoons with great prices. ”

“We had read some reviews that were older, and we’re not sure what to expect. This ended up being a jewel of a place to stay. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, they even had a fan, and the bathroom had everything we needed. The dining area was quaint and the food was fabulous. This was a great stay. ”

“We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay ”

“It was magical the hotel was done up superbly for Christmas warm and cozy with all the trimmings. The grounds were beautiful and all lite up at night simply stunning even got a kiss under the kissing tree :) and to top it off breakfast was superb! We were looking for an overnight stay in Ayr but for a few pounds more we got so much more I will never forget my stay here.”
