Nice hotel. Restaurant & bar are very nice with decent food offerings and the staff were great. Very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean and really appreciated the extra touches like robe & slippers and room service. Decent coffee machine in the rooms too! Only thing I’d say is some of the rooms have a little dated decor, but are well equipped and clean with a comfortable bed and loads of little extras. So for the price & location… great value and definitely will stay again.

Would have given a higher rating but the mattresses in this hotel are of very poor quality IMHO, thin and providing little support. Otherwise this hotel was very good, with nice rooms, an OK restaurant, a good bar/coffee shop, good breakfasts, and ample free parking. The staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful.

Clean, modern hotel near central Kilmarnock. Staff very helpful. Matresses thin, sagging and provide little support; they really need to be replaced with much igher quality mattresses. Restaurant OK for dinner. Breakfast good.

The Park Hotel is a lovely hotel situated near to Kilmarnock town centre. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Although I never used the facilities I did have the breakfast which was plentiful and very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone and I will be staying there again.

Rooms where clean and well maintained. Sadly food was poor, we ate in the restaurant on the first evening, one meal was over cooked while my lamb was very chewey. Breakfast on day 2 was poor, they said it would be cooked to order but it looked and tasted like it had come from the buffet they had just cleared from a coach party. The staff were variable some abrupt and others went through the motions but werent enjoying their jobs??!
