Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!
They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

Razoável muito largado.
Foi razoável, o estacionamento era pago e fora do hotel, quem não conhece o local, pode ficar inseguro devido a moradores de rua. 35reais a diária. Quando chegamos, tínhamos muitas malas e não tivemos nenhum apoio de alguém para ajudar do hotel. A limpeza do quarto estava péssima, muitos cabelos no chão e impossível andar sem sapatos. E no café da manhã do domingo havia pão com mofo. Sinceramente não gostei.

Preço acessível, elevador no local, recepcionista 24 horas. Estacionamento fora do local, o que já pode causar um leve transtorno, porém, nada de mais. Cama confortável. Roupas de camas sujas (machadas e com cheiro de mofo). Chuveiro esquentou super bem, foi o ponto alto da hospedagem. quarto da frente para a rua bem barulhento, com trânsito inclusive de trêns, como estação próxima.
