"From check in to check out,the service was terrible, arrived at the Hotel at 3 pm,there was no body at reception,after 25 minutes and a few phone calls the receptionist finally turned up,by then the queue for check in had doubled.When we finally checked in,turns out some of the bedding had been left in the passage way on the way to my room.The mattress on the bed was sunken in,had a very uncomfortable nights sleep.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Lovely stay, near to car park and my planned events for the weekend. Do wish there was Netflix on the TV. Linen fresh and clean. Bottom of curtains do need some attention. Breakfast fresh and plentiful, really enjoyed. Have gym facilities which i was able to make use of. Thank you "

Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. "Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. "
