"This was our second stay this month and it was very comfortable. We had a problem ordering room service but resolved this with reception who offered a helpful alternative. We discovered a park and a second mall near the hotel, which was good. We loved the proximity to the metro."

Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan
10/10 Excellent
"Luxury, cleanliness, focused on modern but keeping the architectural beauty, view of the town from dining terrace anx most of all, staff ready to do all needed to make guests feel very comfortable. I thank Joy, Veronica and Victoria for being such wonderful front desk managers and offering their attention to my birthday. To all visitors of Milan - book at Excelsior Gallia. You won't be disappointed. "
"This a trendy well located city hotel. Rooms are not huge but large enough. Bed was on the firm side, but that's what I like. Air con welcomed. Bathroom well specced. Chilled filtered water tap on lift lobby to fill up your chilly bottle. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choice and great capacinos on request. Very trendy place. Loved it and so close for shopping area and restaurants and the castle and the cathedral are all walking distance. "
"Great location and walkable. The only issue was advertising the restaurant as having a panoramic view which it would have had the bushes growing outside been cut down, otherwise fabulous place!"
"First stay and Milan and the staff were really helpful during the stay, it’s a good location that has tram stop nearby which was convenient in getting around Milan."
