"Our stay was adequate overall. However, I prefer to receive fresh washcloths daily without having to request them. Then the issue with the shower head. It is spraying water broadly, hitting the ceiling, the wall above the door rail, and a framed picture. Additionally, moisture is collecting on the shower ceiling and dripping down.​ I refrained from notifying the front desk immediately, as I preferred not to have maintenance personnel enter while we were away. The issue appears to be due to an installation error, despite the fixture looking recently changed. Could you please clarify why it was not tested after installation to ensure it was functioning properly?"
