「Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to...

「Mold in our room- both in the wall and up in the window ledge. Front desk was slow and very unhelpful. Placed us in an incorrect room from what we paid for and then wouldn’t switch us. Eventually did, and then that room had mold. AC barely cooled the bedroom and didn’t cool the rest of the room at all.」

「The rooms are clean, overall very quiet. Have not eaten breakfast nor been at the bar. Staff is friendly and went above and beyond to track down an item we might had left behind. Only have two disable parking spots, which is not enough for the size of the hotel. Semi trucks park in the lot and take up numerous parking spaces. And it was quiet in the hotel and if we had had more time I would have liked to have used the swimming pool as we would have had it to ourselves!!」
