Meyer was very helpful in helping me clean up when I spilled my morning shake on my white pants. Thought I'd throw them away but he was able to get the stain completely out. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean with nice white towels and the shower water pressure was good and strong. No coffee maker in the list of amenities but when I asked for one it was placed...

"Worst motel stay ever. Cheaply built and furnished prefab building we were in was poorly managed, poorly maintained. First room we were given had not been cleaned - trash, dirty dishes, dirty bedding. Second room had no heat on a night when it snowed. Off-site owner was no help - a friend of the owner and her husband tried to help, fixed the heater temporarily, and brought a space heater on the second day. Owner did not respond to text. AND it was expensive."

"The property is very charming and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and we appreciated the balcony and the indoor hot tub. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only reason I deducted 1 star is that the room service is on an as requested basis vs everyday and they do not allow checkin after 10pm, but at the price point I am happy to overlook it. I will stay with them again if I visit Custer again."
