"Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed."

One block from the St Charles streetcar, which took us right down to the French Quarte Walked all over the area - enjoyed heritage homes, great restaurants. Very safe. Some traffic at peak times, but otherwise very quiet."

"What a charming, fun house! The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to Magazine St, St. Charles Ave and all up and down Tchoupitoulas and felt very safe doing so. There are many different places to eat and drink in the immediate area with live music at Tipitina’s right down the road. The uber ride was a quick one down to the French Quarter. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and the host was incredible and responsive. We will be back!"

NOLA is hot, and we dealt with it! There were 7 elderly (75-year-olds), moderately active adults in our group; we’d all like to go back and stay in the same place one day."
