“This property was the perfect escape for the new year. The rooms were a nice size, beds comfortable and the fenced patio was perfect for letting my dog out. There was tons of natural Light with the skylights and the fireplace kept things cozy in the evening. We cooked breakfast every morning in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The highlight of the trip was the heated floor in the bathroom. What a great feature. There were a few, minor, upkeep things, loose handle here, unscrewed……

“The property has everything you would need. It is conveniently located to breakfast and to the Plaza, but Guadalupe Road is occasionally noisy and not always easy to back out into. Mary Ann was very attentive and communicative. There were a couple of minor details that could use tending to--mainly knobs on a nightstand and on one of the fan pulls. But all-in-all it was a fine place to stay.”

“This property was immaculate. It was outfitted with everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The house is tastefully appointed and feels like a home. The host was very responsive and quick to contact us when we had questions. The location was within a 15 min walk from the Plaza which is central to most shops, museums and galleries. We will stay here again if we ever get the chance to return to Santa Fe. ”

“I’d describe this property as a boutique hotel, and it is truly beautiful. You absolutely cannot beat the location in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks from the plaza. In 15 minutes you can be in the heart of SF National Forest. The free parking behind the building is, of course, fabulous as is the access to washer/dryer (shared).
