“Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!”

“The view from my upper level room was great looking towards the port with nice sunny aspect for enjoying a drink. More than spacious enough and the accommodation was thoroughly clean and modern. Very good breakfast daily- mix of freshly cut fruits, boiled egg, fresh orange juice and choice of coffee. Greek yoghurt also with peanut butter and honey as well as toast with butter and jam. “The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. “Our stay at Elements of Caldera was absolutely exceptional. The moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and given a short tour of our room, the bar, and breakfast area.
