"We wanted a week with family and a few of our kids friends. This place was very nice and clean. It was fairly quiet and secluded, but not far from restaurants and activities. The beach was not busy at all. We highly recommend."

"We rented this VRBO to vacation as a family that hasn’t been together in over a year four bedrooms four bathrooms were perfect for everyone. There was plenty of space for everyone to find a seat for dinner, but not a table big enough to handle a group of 10. Furniture was minimum. And I brought extra chairs from a friend who lives nearby.There was plenty of silverware, but a little short on plates bowls and large serving bowls. With a small purchase at the dollar store, I was able to find some metal tins and large plastic bowls too use for the week.Paper products and garbage bags were provided and were wonderful to have. The cooler is a very small six pack cooler not a large cooler and the grill was a great benefit.However, check the oil pan before you start the grill it was not cleaned.This is a remote location, not near the town that you can walk to. It is a drivable area between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce. There’s a Cumberland Farms store a few miles down the road. And 9 miles from Vero Beach downtown.A private beach access was absolutely wonderful and worth every penny of renting here the pool is more of a wading pool than a swimming pool. But we are a tall family, the pool is cool and not heated.The access to the intercoastal is a nice walk, however on each side of this property, there is natural wildlife and tend to be buggy on an afternoon walk or early morning, fishing excursion.I would rent this property again."

"This house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We were able to watch manatees daily from the dock. We were able to fish. The outdoor space was great - from the pool, the outdoor grill and bar areas. The inside of the house was even better in person. My only complaint was my wife and I would have liked to have had a tv in the bedroom with that bath as only one room had a tv in it. That was the only complaint from the kids as well as one of their rooms had a tv while the other did not. But nothing honestly disappointed. Location was great and everything was better than expected. "

"Such a charming, quaint piece of old Florida. This isn't oppulent, but the tranquility of being in such a peaceful place is priceless. I would choose this property over a 5-star hotel any day. "

"Murat, dusty, moldy, sticky are all words we could use to describe this place. The first reed flag was the trash that hadn’t been emptied. The smells were the second. Then the show started out the first day as black water. Eventually cleared up but ugh. Also, shower barely got hot. Good side: The location is super convenient to shops and restaurants. The view is terrific. The property is pretty and looks like the listing. If you can handle sub-par accommodation this might work for you. We couldn’t wait to check out. (We are not cranky, picky old people lol! Just really looking forward to this vacation and started it badly with a gross cottage.)"
