This is a simple and clean hotel, located in the city centre, no elegance decoration but neat. It provides free breakfast in vietnamese style, not much choices but all you can eat. There is no air-conditioner in the room however it is okay in Da Lat in December. If you take taxi to go to this hotel, be careful to tell the full address instead of the hotel name since most of the drivers do not the address of this hotel. The reception lady is super helpful, she helped us to book sleeping bus tickets to Nha Trang, and even worked extra time to follow up our bus departing. We sincerely thank her.

Nightmare in Da Lat

We have very bad experience with the booking as when we reach the hotel, we will told that they did not receive our booking from Hotel.com and did not honor us the room. We have to pay to the hotel in cash for another booking. As we book for 3 room for 3 nights and they only have 2 nights for us. The first night was ok and was told to check out on the 2nd day as they will upgrade us to a superior room. Surprising when we came back and was told that we will giving only 2 room for us to share among 8 adults (male and female) that we objected.it. At last, they offer us a room in another hotel. As it late night therefore, we accept the offer. Even every night, there is many tourists came to check in and was told that the hotel did not receive their booking and was turn away. Just to alert all who book online beware of the situation we have faced. Now we are requesting for a refund, and we worried it may be a fraud cause.

騒音。清潔。朝飯は質素。安い部屋は浴槽無

４泊５日で利用。デラックスダブル 悪い点 ・騒音。廊下の音はちょっとだけ聞こえる。壁は薄くないが。ホテル前は小さい路地なのでバイクの音は少ない。 一番の悪いところは ホテルの向かいのjimが朝６時前後から夜９時まで大音量でbgmを流していることだ。毎日早起きになった ・さっきの騒音の続きにもなるが、部屋のバルコニーの窓が完全に閉めれない。鍵をかけれない。だからもっと外の音やjimの音楽が聴こえる ・朝飯はビッフェではない。phoとかパン選ぶだけ。まあ値段を考えれば妥当 ・がっかりしたのが、hotels comの部屋の説明には、全ての部屋に独立したシャワーと浴槽がある、と説明されているのに シャワーしかない。多分一番高い部屋にしかない。これは説明文を改善するべき ・外国人はレンタルバイクできない。 規制が厳しくなったのことだったが、別のホテルのオーナーに、バイク借りれるか頼んだら、快く貸してくれた。このホテルではバイクは借りれません 良い点 ・新築。白を基調としてロビーから 部屋の床まできれい ・街のアクセスはよさげ。 vinmart、市場徒歩圏内 ・向かいのジム宿泊者は無料で使用可能 総評 jimの騒音がひどいので もう利用することはないです 新築なのできれいです。それは良い点。

可惜的是隔音和洗澡水忽冷忽熱,但是服務人員服務很週到!

除了隔音很差(遠處的走廊有人講話,我們在房間內都會聽到)及洗澡水會忽冷忽熱之外,其他都很好,尤其服務人員的態度真的很熱情友善,並且樂意協助,非常感謝.我們因為擔心個資外流的問題,所以在訂房後向飯店訂一台機車代步,一天150000越盾,雖然比其他機車行貴一點,但是至少護照或證件不會放在其他地方.地點在市中心,從飯店的路出去兩旁都是商店和餐廳,非常方便,我們隨意吃了一間banana pizza,還蠻好吃的,很多在地人會去.
