Unforgettable experience

Stay here for 2 nights. Totally understand why it is highly recommended in different webs. 1. Clean and neat room, didn't expect the room quality is so high with this price. 2. Super friendly host, daughter Nhi explain the best in Hoi An to play and eat. And patiently answered all our queries with detail information. Mother is not good in english, but she can understand and she is always so eager to help. They make us feel so warm :) 3. FREE. Free breakfast with tons of food, free bike renting, free wifi, and free smile and unlimited help! 4.good location. Less than 10 mins from homestay to ancient town by bike. Around 20mins to An Bang Beach, both worth to visit, esp when otw to An Bang beach, the rice field view is amazing. Cannot think of a reason why we do not stay in Charming homestay if visit HoiAn, exceed expectation and value of money. Will definitely come back.

Home-like homestay

We had 1 night stay in the hostel. The staff " Ha" was nice and the old lady was nice too. When we were back to hostel at night, the host lady waited for us at the entrance and talked to us. It feels like home. If there is a swimming pool it would be much more perfect

Nous avons trouvé cet hébergement par hasard et nous avons été loin d'être déçues. Nhi est une hôte parfaite, aux petits soins, toujours prête à nous arranger. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et fait maison, et les chambres sont propres et super confortables. Nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons souhaité revenir pour nos derniers jours au Vietnam. Je recommanderai sans hésiter cet établissement qui me donne envie de repartir en vacances ! Merci encore Nhi et sa maman pour votre gentillesse qui nous touche en plein coeur !

Truly a charming Homestay, Thank you!

We loved Charming Homestay in Hoi An. The owner and hostess Nhi, is a true gift to travelers. Among the many, many helpful things she did for us: She arranged for car transfer from the airport to Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced. She went out of her way to help us get the most out of our few days there, recommending various activities, restaurants, even a fantastic cirque du soleil inspired show with music, dance and acrobatics which was great! She gave us maps with directions to wonderful out of the way but beautiful locales eg: an idyllic, beautiful open air restaurant where we enjoyed the serenity of the rice fields while having delicious drinks like iced coconut coffee. She also directed us to a likely equally great locales at the beach, but we never got to ride bikes (which she provides) out there due to monsoonal weather. If it wasn’t for Nhi we would have missed the wonderful Cirque du Soleil inspired show because we got caught in a monsoon rain, but she called a cab and then when he picked us up she gave him instructions to drop us off at the theater door. We got there in the nick of time! Regarding the Homestay room: it was wonderful! Large, airy, bright, with a balcony and garden view. Quiet, very private, and very clean, with a large very good shower. The king bed and pillows had nice linens & the bed was very comfortable. A/C worked great. We slept very well. Nhi made us a delicious breakfast every day. We highly recommend Charming Homestay!

We actually booked our room at the Charming Home Stay before we bought our flights. In essence, this whole trip was booked around our 9 day stay in Hoi An and Tet. Our room absolutely lovely, breakfast delicious, OMG! Incredibly accommodating. They did it all, arranged private cars, scheduled massages, recommended restaurants, things to do and see. We felt like part of the family! Especially after celebrating the lunar new year with Ms. Nhi. Our Tet experience, complete!! Our stay was truly Charming! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ We are so grateful for their kindness and care. Ms. Nhi, Ms. Ha, Ms. Oanh and of course Ms. Nhi’s lovely mother. It was amazing. The familly that managed the homestay is lovely and very helpful. The house is truely charming and a great oas close to Hoi An. Additionally they make delicious pankakes. I would really recommend them.

Very nice guesthouse with a friendly family atmosphere, and the price is great value for a good-sized room and decent breakfast. Nhi and her mother made me feel very welcome, and the hard-working Nhi was always happy to help with advice and bookings for day-trips etc. And of course her mother is the star attraction, with her lovely warm smile! Hoi An old town is about 20 minutes' walk away from the homestay, there are free bicycles available but I found cycling on Vietnam's chaotic roads too nerve-wracking to use them much! I don't know if I'll have a chance to return to Hoi An, but I'd definitely stay at Charming Homestay again if I do.

親切なニーさんのお陰で快適に過ごせました。最初の部屋は少し黴臭かったので、メールに返信したところ直ぐに飛んできて部屋を変えてくれました。二日目の朝食はパンケーキをサービスしてくれたり、チェックアウト時にはお土産をくださいました。うちも何かプレゼントを持って行けばよかったと後悔しました。場所も市街地まで無料のレンタサイクルで15分位、アンバンビーチも15分くらい。少し大きな車の通りが多いですが、夜は静かでぐっすり休めました。雨季の終わり頃なので多少湿っぽいのは仕方ないですね。

I had a wonderful time at Charming Homestay and recommend this place to everyone. Toute l'équipe (composée exclusivement de femme) est vraiment géniale et ils font tout pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. A great great peaceful place

A really great place to stay. 10 mins on the bicycle away from the old town or 20 mins across the paddy fields to the beach. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff there are really, really friendly and booked all of our ongoing rail travel for us. Cannot recommend Charming Homestay enough. If you are Hoi An and want to stay somewhere peaceful but close enough to everything stay here
