Beautiful stay-
This was our little oasis after a busy day in the goings on in Hoi an. A 2km bike ride in - bikes (supplied by hotel) were a bit “touch n go”. But independent transport non the less! Which we enjoyed. While the staff were keen to please we found some of them in our face too much about getting a good review. They all asked us the same questions over and over.Swimmining pool was lovely - could do with a clean. Upgrades to finishes out side awnings etc while we were there - obviously keen to keep things fresh.

It was a great location. A walk of around 30 minutes to the Old Town however the hotel ran a shuttle bus a few times a day if you did not like a long walk.The staff were super friendly and helped you at all times. The hotel was very clean and decorated to a high standard.

What a fantastic place to stay - just 10-15 mins walk from old town - but a free shuttle available. Happy hour at the pool each day. Beautiful unique roms. Coolish swimming pool. bicycles for free. Huge breakfast. We love our stay here. The pool service with plenty of fresh towels was amazing! The spa was amazing with 2 for 1 - just perfection! The green trees with lanterns in them was lovely also.

A great place to stay
Quaint, clean, and nice size room, and super friendly and helpful staff! Free shuttle to town. Delicious breakfast. Nice view. A bit away from town which is nice if you prefer quiet.

Very nice higher end property with very accommodating staff. Along with that comes higher end pricing at the restaurant and at the hotel in general for any additional amenities. Food and drink is priced quite a bit higher than the surrounding area, so would suggest going out for lunch or dinner. Breakfast buffet is included and is quite good all around.

Lovely hotel just outside the old quarter. The pool was a hit with the kids. Spacious clean rooms. Varied buffet each morning for breakfast. Free bikes to use which came in very handy. The shuttle to the beach was also great, as was the service at the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again. Nhams Kitchen just up the road is really close and fab service would highly recommend

The building and the pool is very pretty. The bell boy Quyen is very friendly and helpful, so is the tall guy who serves us at the pool bar.

Very clean and new. The place was beautiful! We have traveled and stayed in many different places in Vietnam this month and this was our favorite. We agreed to come back and stay little longer next time.

Really pleased we selected this hotel. It was close enough to the town to walk and bike provided free of charge so easy to get around. Shuttle buses were excellent as well.

Superb hotel in a quiet location.
Superb hotel with fantastic attentive staff . The breakfast which was served in the restaurant consisted of a variety of food to suit all tastes. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet due to the hotel location and surrounding area. Thanks to all the great staff for making our 5 night stay so very memorable.

Large family room. Great view . Washrooms we're large and well done. We we're there for only one night, so had little time to enjoy what the hotel has to offer. However we enjoyed the pool and a fantastic buffet breakfast. 😁

Nice experience
The room itself was really nice with a lovely view of Hoi An. The breakfast offered was one of the best I’ve ever had, although I think I would have enjoyed it more if the staff weren’t standing over my shoulder while I was still eating trying to take my plate etc. Overall it’s a very nice hotel in a great location in beautiful Hoi An. The pool is a real highlight of this hotel.

All staff had pleasant personalities and seemed to truly go out of their ways to make each guest's experience better. From changing the direction of the elevator to meet your floor to keeping the pool open later, the staff seemed to genuinely care. Room cleaning was beyond 5-star, servicing three times daily unless guest notifies otherwise.

Wonderful property, nice spa, pool etc. Shuttle driver, Khoi, was very friendly and helpful. All staff were really great, even with language barrier, they did their best to help with questions, directions, showing us how to eat local foods. The waitresses were especially kind and helpful. Overall a great place.....

It was a good stay, the location is quiet and not too far from town to borrow one of the bikes and go for a ride. Decent newish building. When we asked about an extra night they gave a price that was 15% more than our original booking so we decided not to stay

Great hotel, lovely staff and incredible buffet breakfast. Our only downside was a room which had a shower in the bath which was hard to use for tall people! Our friends room had a separate shower, would suggest putting this as a request when you book!

A beautiful property nestled away from the noise and bustle of the town center. Free shuttles to and from Old Town. Definitely more bang for your buck. Morning breakfast is delicious and upscale. Rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed. Ms. Vy (manager) is a delight to work with and will see that your stay is perfect. Highly recommended!

It’s ok, don’t eat in the hotel.
The hotel it’s self is ok. Portions in the restaurant are incredibly small and not good value for money. Staff inform you everyday 30 mins before hand that breakfast is closing, slightly excessive. The hotel will check your room before allowing you to leave to make sure that you haven’t stolen anything.

This Resort was absolutely magnificent. The staff were so friendly and eager to help. The room was amazing. And it's in a great location! You can jump on a bike and ride to the old town in under ten minutes. Or ride to the beach side in about 15. It's tucked away, away from the traffic which gives it a secluded feel. I cannot speak any higher of this place and would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking fantastic accommodation in Hoi An.

Great Hotel
This hotel was great! The room was really clean and comfortable (and great value). It was also well appointed. The only down side is that it is a little ways away from the center of Hoi An. However, it is a quick cab ride and there is a hotel bus that goes to both town and the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Pavillon. Staff were really friendly, rooms were spacious, and the selection of food at breakfast was great. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, and using the free bikes. The only thing to note is that the hotel is a little way out of town, so be prepared for a 15 minute walk (approx). We would stay here again.

Loved our stay here. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. We are two friends travelling together for around three weeks, so we booked ourselves a family room (which was in effect two rooms with a king size bed each) to give our selves a little extra space e for a few days. Our room looked onto rice paddies with distant views towards Da Nang and the hills. We loved hearing the sounds of roosters and pigs in the morning from the surrounding villages. The Hotel is a short taxi ride from the Old Town.

Majestic Hotel
The hotel and staff were fantastic, rooms were clean and spacious, the location is perfect and with the free shuttle bus facility they offer nothing is far, the pool and pool bar were a welcoming relief each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting hoi an as I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Great place could not fault it $3 taxi to old town they have a shuttle bus to town and the beach they have their own area at the beach with deck chairs and restaurant. There are restaurants and bars close to the hotel great pkace to stay . They place is better than the photos

They have to make unsmokeed areas. I ordered non smoking room, but some visitors they are smoking in there room. So I cannot sleep well.. and also so loudly many people. Next time i will never use this hotel.

Lovely Hoi An hotel and staff
Second visit to lovely Hoi An. The staff at the Le Pavillion are very nice and eager to accommodate the needs of guests. The hotel is well presented and clean with good views from the balconies and a relaxing atmosphere. Both the pool and breakfast are to a high standard for Vietnam accommodation in this price range. The town and beach shuttles and bikes for hire provide a welcome change from using taxi's and private drivers. Pool drinks are well priced with the daily specials taken into consideration. Room noise is the only down side as they are not well insulated so hear the tv and door/drawer slams of neighbouring guests, the bathroom doors also could be changed out for solid ones and the shower heads improved.
