You'll also find an additional screened area with a picnic table for extra dining space and access to the open side overlooking the water. The master is also located on the entry level with a King bed and a large walk-in shower. When you go downstairs on the terrace level, you will find a small den, 3 twin beds, 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and a full bathroom. The terrace level opens up to a covered patio that houses a gas grill and a small sun area just off to the side. From there, you have a short and easy walk to the pier.
The upper level of the home is perfect for teenagers who just want some peace and quiet. It has 3 twin beds that are perfect for day napping!
