“The buffet breakfast was disappointing 😞
We went for Easter Long weekend and the swim up bar was closed and was informed they do not pay staff public holiday to run the bar (seriously) our room was not what we paid for and staff argued when we asked for the room advertised for the price. Basic things like ice to the room they could not supply. I booked with an older person with disabilities and only for the convenience of already checked in and the stress of relocating her on a busy weekend is……

“We had a fantastic stay at Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas and would happily return.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made a wonderful impression. Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. What really stood out, though, was their incredible help at check-out. We ran into an issue with our Uber transfer to the airport, and the staff on duty went above and beyond—calling multiple local transfer companies on our behalf until they secured us a ride in time to make our flight.……

“Centrally located, walking distance from the shops, cafes and the marina. Spacious room with a sunny balcony with a cafe downstrairs. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I had a nice and relaxing stay. I loved staying at an adults only hotel knowing I can sit in peace by the pool and relax while reading a book. I’ll definitely consider staying here next time I visit Port Douglas.”
