"清潔安排滿意及足夠，惟大堂沒有熱水供應不便。另房間隔音度不足，到晚上會聽到鐵路運行聲浪，而因房間為互相緊貼設計，時常聽到隔壁房間使用金屬掛衣架的聲浪，影響睡眠品質。"

"Staff was very helpful in many ways: restaurant recommendations, providing extra amenities (water), breakfast service phenomenal and semi buffet was unique. Much appreciated!"

"This hotel was average in terms of amenities but the staff were top notch. I asked if it was possible to get in before the check-in time and they said only with a fee but half an hour before, they let us go in which waa really appreciated. The beds were clean, room was spacious, and my kids loved jumping on the sturdy and thick couch cushions (sorry!). We ate supermarket food most of the time and sometimes forgot to get chopsticks. They let us borrow some from the kitchen. Not a huge thing for them but it saved us from having to go out and scrounge for them. The same person who let us check-in early also picked up our garbage bag and chopsticks. They could easily ask us to bring it down but the effort is what stood out to me."
