"Our fridge didn't close entirely, out smoker alarm started beeping in the morning. The staff was so amazing, they offered us to move to another room, but we will going to stay just 1 night, so we stayed in the same room. The customer service was amazing, very kind and helpful with their guests. "

"The hotel is sort of outdated and our shower wasn’t the best. With that said, everything else is great. The shuffle to the airport is a nice amenity, and they even offered shuffles to the Marine Corps Marathon, which was amazing. Also, Jackie in the front desk is one of the best person I’ve ever met. Such an angel, so kind and ready to help us. Always bringing a smile with her. That itself makes me give this place a 5-star. Excited to stay there for the 51° MCM next year. (but please replace the showers)"
