Das Haus ist ein richtiges Waldhaus, die Lage ist sehr schön und trotzdem auf einem Hügel. Allerdings hatten wir bei der Ankunft noch einiges zu tun, um uns einzuleben: Das Geschirr stand hier und da schmutzig und die Schränke waren so voll, dass wir erst Schubladen und Regale ausräumen mussten, um Platz für unsere eigenen Sachen zu schaffen. Außerdem ist es ein kaltes Haus, draußen oft kälter. Wir haben die Gasheizung eingeschaltet (und das im Sommer), aber das fühlt sich nicht ganz sicher an, denn laut Kontrollplakette wurde sie zuletzt 2015 überprüft.

Ein wunderschönes Haus für 4 Personen, wir waren mit uns beiden dort, schöne Gegend zum Wandern und Radfahren; Verschiedene (Bio-) Bauern, die Käse und andere Köstlichkeiten haben, japanische Kühe halten und ihr Fleisch verkaufen, berühmte Brustmacherin in Dalfsen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr komplett, auch ein schönes Bücherregal mit einer umfangreichen Auswahl an Romanen und Videos. Küche ist alles was Sie wollen.

Umgebung ist sehr schön. Negativ war, dass das Haus nicht geputzt und das es keine Abstellmöglichkeiten gab. Weiter hatten wir den gesamten Urlaub lang Probleme mit Mäusen. Mussten uns Mäusefallen holen und haben in den 13 Tagen mehr als 10 damit gefangen.
