Great location

This was a very nice, clean place to stay that everything that we needed. The location was awesome since we were within walking distance from the convention center. Would definitely stay here again.

Great VRBO, access to all things downtown

The stay was great, the location was great, and the process and expectations for checking in, staying and leaving were all very clearly communicated. We would absolutely do CozySuites again! A few handles need some attention from a screwdriver, but that doesn’t change my review; just a little feedback.

FILTHY PLACE

When we arrive we were welcome by ROACHES first impression soon as we open the door place was dirty bathroom toilet inside bedroom does not flush television inside bedroom no signal WIFI code given did not work when I call VRBO to report all this best solution given to me was to move us 6 persons to a 1 Bedroom place with 1 Bed how is a perty of SIX going to be in a 1 Bedroom 1 Bed 1 Bathroom place where is the Rest of persons suppose to SLEEP on the Floor I turn it down of course no way I was going to accept that solution next day a black lady shows up with a child did Identify herself RUDE stating in a RUDE TONE OF VOICE that she was there to SPRAY for ROACHES SMALL BOTTLE in her Hand of course I did not let her in I had 2 Dogs I don't know what she has to Spray besides that being RUDE not Identifying herself I had to go buy SPRAY FOR ROACHES PAPER Plates utensils to use Cups spend money on this things I took PICTURES of all of this and RECORDINGS I saw on Internet where this has HAPPEN to other GUESTS same PLace I feel that I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THIS FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I WAS CHARGE THIS IS THE MOST FILTY PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO I travel a lot with my family but never STAY AT A PLACE LIKE THIS I am GOING TO POST PICTURES AND VIDEOS THAT WAY THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO NO ONE ELSE my FRIENDS were going to STAY AT THIS PLACE ONCE THEY SAW WHAT MY FAMILY AND I WENT THRU THEY SAID HELL NO CLEAN YOUR FILTY DIRTY PLACE This has BEEN THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN
