Our stay was great! 18th story on a high-rise let us feel like we were far above the commotion of the busy street life. unit was clean and welcoming and worth the price!

Heart of downtown

The condo is lovely and was very clean. The building was very secure and quiet! i would definitely stay again as the value was excellent. The property manager was quick to respond to things needed. The parking was interesting but I got it figured out:) the only thing I would change would to have more towels for longer stays.

Christmas in Dallas!!!

Christmas plans for myself and my 2 adult sons changed at the last minute, and we were very grateful to book this apartment for the week of Christmas. The downtown location is perfect! We explored most of the area by walking. Check-in and access for the apartment was easy. The apartment is so spacious and almost everything that you need is included. There were 3 of us staying here so we needed to use the sofa bed, but unfortunately there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. However, we improvised and made it work. We were mesmerized by the city views from the apartment! I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again!!

Great Downtown Location

Location and Apartment were wonderful. Accurate listing and home away from home. Great restaurants walking distance. Had an issue with checking in with code but resolved right away and thankful for the communication and reservation team. Definitely would stay again!

Disappointed

Property was ok, but had to wait on them to fix the check in code. 2 towels for a family of 4 and the tv had to be logged into by cizy suites Gmail. The property ignored my concerns for 2 hours until i made a comment about how they were ignoring me. They offered to drop off towels and then responded no one was available until the next day. The TV was never fixed even though we had several back and forths about getting it fixed. Towels were dropped off the next day, but still, a family of 4 doesn't want to share 2 towels. My kids were disappointed about TV, and we were irritated about the lack of service they would respond on the app, but couldn't do anything to help with our issues when we wanted them fixed. Logging into a TV so its not locked and dropping off towels shouldn't be a big deal to have done.
