With any location near a downtown and trendy areas, there will be some street noise. The bedroom has a patio which is off Cedar Springs Rd and there is moving traffic but not like a big city with horns blowing, etc. Guests have said they can hardly hear it. We are about 3 miles from Love Field regional airport and all areas near downtown will have some airport noise.
The Windows and doors are double pane and have black-out drapes. Central air and heat with digital thermostat.

A cleaning lady will come on a Friday every 2 weeks. She arrives mid day and spends about 4 hours cleaning. She does not do laundry.
