Great deal for location

Perfect location between dallas and fort worth; we had plans in both cities. Being cowboys fans, it was great being so close to AT&T. the only thing i was missing was bedroom curtains.

Great location

Property was in a great location for us. We were attending a conference up near the stadium. It was clean & had everything we needed. No issues accessing the property & if we didn’t see cars we would not have known there were neighbors

2 night stay

We had a busy weekend and needed somewhere to get some rest after our daily events. This rental was perfect and while we weren’t there most of the time and didn’t truly take advantage of the amenities provided, it had everything we would’ve needed if we were needing to cook. Very clean, and the memory foam beds were very comfortable, would definitely rent again!

Take me out to the Ballpark

We had a great stay! The location was just right. We were able to take a nice walk to Texas Live. The walk was shaded and had a sidewalk for the entire trip. We checked out a couple of the property manager's restaurant recommendations and really enjoyed them House was nice, clean, and had cold ac. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you're coming to town for a sporting event

Great location

We stayed here while visiting Six Flags. The location is perfect! So close to the stadium, the ball park and Six Flags. Also, there is a nearby Wal-Mart and Quiktrip for any necessities. The condo is exactly like it is pictured and the owners are great with communicating. It's in the back of the peoperty and we had no issues with noise. We look forward to staying here for more weekend getaways.

Perfect weekend spot 👌

Had our 12 yr old playing at the AT&T stadium for the redzone games this weekend and this rental was perfect, neighborhood was quiet parking was private located in a not busy street and only 4 min away from stadium. Apartment was super clean, loved it was not overly decorated and did not have any decor our kids could break which was even better when traveling with children. Check in ans check put was super easy comu icarion with owner as well. Would definitely come back if needed.

Small Condo Great Location

My daughter and I went to Arlington to see Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks perform. The condo had a great location from the stadium and we were able to get $10 shuttle buses to the show. The location is conveniently located to bars and restaurants. The neighborhood isn't the best, but it is safe. Jonathan was not the greatest communicator . He was very responsive the day I booked, but he did miss a question that I had asked. When I emailed him requesting information about access to the apartment within the 24-hours of me being there, indicated that he would only give me access after 12:00 the day I was supposed to arrive. The condo itself was comfortable for two people but it's kind of old and a little dingy.

Questionable

The apartment is in a questionable neighborhood. It is close to everything though. We almost did not even get out of the car. Inside the apartment it is very small and very very bad condition. The aesthetics are very poor and unwelcoming. The old smokey odor was very unappealing. We stayed the first night due to not sure if we could find another place so late but then left the next day and moved to a hotel. I will say the owner was good about refunding us our money for the night we did not stay. The parking was good. I am not sure how this place received such good reviews before me.

The unit needs maintenance. The bed in the 2nd bedroom had a broken leg that wasn’t fixed during the two nights we stayed. We informed the host the first night, but it wasn’t fixed by the 2nd night. Fortunately, there was a pull-out third bed, though the bedding didn’t fit securely on it. The tub faucet was barely held on with caulk, making it hard to pull up the shower knob. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, which was good. The coffee maker in the kitchen didn’t work - the water never made it up through the cartridge and into the cup. The host was fine when we could communicate, but they’re only available 8am-8pm. You could hear the people in the units above and next to this one. Fortunately, they weren’t up too early in the morning or too late at night. Easy parking - you’d need a car to stay there and get to places to eat. Arlington is nice, overall.

Cute & Efficient

This was our 1st VRBO stay instead of the usual hotel/motel! We will definitely do it again! This unit wad perfect for a week vacay for our family! We would definitely stay here again as its a nice and quiet neighborhood and had all the basic necessities needed! Basically a home away from home!

The stay was great. Just had trouble getting the door open and having it to shut so that we can lock it . Communication with host was great!. it had a smell in the condo . Can’t describe it . but, other than that! Perfect place to stay!. Definitely, if you are attending a concert !!.

Nice little apartment

My son and my overall had a great experience at this place. The building is a little older, but inside is good ebough for what we needed. Had no problems with neighbors or the area it is in. The hosts were very responsive with messages. I would definitely stay again.
