Comfortable house in quiet neighborhood
The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The house and property were clean and comfortable, with the exception of the hot tub, which needed to be serviced before we could use it. It seems to me this should have been done prior to our arrival, rather than after we had to request it. Note: there is nothing extra in the kitchen in the way of condiments, coffee, spices, etc. Salt, pepper, spray cooking oil, sugar packets and coffee filters are the only items provided. Laundry soap is provided as well as an ironing board, but no iron. We tried to check in 2 hours early but even though the house appeared ready, they only allowed us to get in 30 minutes early. It appears to be handled by a property management company and it took a while to respond, so if you need to make a change to your check in or out time, I recommend doing so way ahead of time. We were not allowed a late check out. All in all, it was a comfortable, convenient place to stay and I would stay here again.

Wonderful property and host
The house was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. This was our first time renting a property as opposed to staying in a hotel, and the host made the experience a smooth one. They checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was great. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

Business vacation
I had a job to do in Houston the week after thanksgiving and I have been traveling away from the family for work, so we decided to go to Dallas for a vacation and the holiday week. The house was perfect for my family and my friends family, it had a pool, hot tub, grilling area, trampoline and a big yard to play outside. The theater area was nice for the evening and one raining day.

Pros: -Good overall house -Pool and Spa were well maintained -Good variety of amenities Cons -AC issue was worsened by the properties "maintenance" team. Had no AC for almost the entire stay. House got very hot so we had to sleep in the garage where there was a seprate AC unit. 3 maintenance trips were made and none were successful. -Back yard is un-useable for any outdoor activities. There are large fissures and i mean large throughout the whole yard. If you dont watch where you step you will twist or break your ankle. This was not mentioned when booking. -Was not even offered a reimbursement in any capacity. Had to ask via email and they are still discussing that.

Fun Staycation
I needed a nearby place for us to get away to for a few days that would allow us to bring our Labrador Retriever. I also needed the place to have fun things for a 17 and 20 year old. This property fit all my needs. The huge backyard was great for my dog. The game room, theatre room, pool and trampoline kept my sons entertained. Anytime I reached out to the owner I got a response in less than 5 minutes. My sons are already asking about staying here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved our stay! House was super clean, quiet, lots of space, and had fun setup/vibes. Backyard was amazing from the pool, to the grill hut, fire pit, and hot tub. Host was super good at communication throughout the entire process. This is VRBO done right! A+ all the way!

Wonderful stay. Felt very comfortable and safe.kids enjoyed trampoline. Didn't get to use the pool due to weather a little cold for swimming. House was beautiful! The only complaint would be unable to visit and cutup with family outside with music due to afraid to disturb neighbors between 9 and 10. We love our music! But we would definitely come back! Thank you for the stay

A Great Experience and a Great Property
The management is great and communication was spectacular. The home is great - very well laid out and roomy. Nice quiet neighborhood and a very functional yard. Our family enjoyed every moment there and would definitely return again.
