Weekend break for Six Flags

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was 20 mins from six flags and in a nice area with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly want from bathroom to kitchen. The keurig coffee pod and tea bag selection was extensive along with a range of creamers. We all loved playing in the games room and would have enjoyed the pool too if it was the summer.

There were 14 of us. We had a great time, the kids LOVED swimming. We only had 1 complaint. A few of the ceiling fans did not work, we were a little warm when settling down for bed.

Zero negative surprises, 100% smooth

I stay at VRBO's about 8 times per year and usually there is something that was a bummer like dirty, or way smaller than we thought, or whatever. This was exactly the best case scenario of what we hoped it would be. The outdoor pool is set to have new surfacing done so they were in the process of draining it during our stay. NO BIG DEAL because the owner told us at the time of booking so we had plenty of time to change our mind if it was a deal breaker. We didn't even notice the work crew there draining the pool. We visited for the college baseball weekend at Globe Life Field and it was an easy commute. My brother brought his father in law, brother in law, son in law and daughter with him. My nephew met us from college at Univ of Arkansas, and I brought my father in law and 2 young boys with me. We met in the middle and had a great stay. I hope that we have the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you.

I rent VRBO frequently and this was the first time I have ever been to a property that required NOTHING AT ALL at checkout! No bed stripping or dish washing or garbage emptying or mopping… They specifically noted that we are on vacation so we shouldn't be responsible for cleaning their house. That alone (besides it being a great, clean place) is enough for five stars!

Great property for a large group. We were going to a conference and this property allowed us all to stay in one place since it had many beds and bathrooms. The host is attentive. The carpet needs replacing and there was a problem with roaches while we were there. They do allow for an easy check out where you do not have to do anything. Dishes could be left rinsed, towels left in bathrooms, sheets left on bed.
