This hotel was immaculate! From the staff being helpful, to the ascetics it was a pleasant stay overall! Must come back next time I visit Dallas!

Upscale simple clean rooms very industrial style. Hotel is full of amazing art! Rooftop pool is really nice my 7 year old enjoyed it immensely. Young lady upstairs at pool bar was wonderful. Staff all around was great Jacob especially was engaging with my family went out of his way to make us feel welcome and get additional items we needed. He’s a star! Needs to be a manager! Overall great location and wonderful hotel.

Love the hotel . Very unique and eclectic. Room is bigger than your standard room. The unusual thing about the hotel is during weeknights, they do not charge for parking. However, from Friday night and through out the weekend, it's valet parking for additional fee, or you may park off-site, across the street. On the other note, we did appreciate there was security during the weekend. Please note, there is a bar/restaurant next door. Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and responsive, and we would stay here again during the weekdays. 😁

Everything was very clean and nice. The only problem was that the bathroom door had come off its track a little and would not fully close. The person at the front desk had said that this was a flaw in several rooms that would be repaired. We really loved the hotel overall but this issue was unfortunate.

The room was awesome!. "Industrial" look which we found very appealing. Great bathroom. Nice size room. Comfortable bed. Close to Texas Theater. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself was great. Good food, clean and secure inside. Outside shared a parking lot with a bar that was very busy on the weekend, so parking was limited. The bar on the roof was noisier though! Thought we were secure because all the elevators were key card activated, but on the weekend anyone from the public can access the roof top bar… In south end of Dallas, so not an area you can go walk around outside the hotel. Kinda sketchy. Homeless will approach you at the 711 nearby. Saving grace is the police station is right across the street too.

I loved the uniqueness of the style. It felt industrial yet modern. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing, as well as breakfast. I loved the decorations & style.

The place is pretty good, however small things like never receiving service from the restaurant after 20 minutes or having an event in the restaurant with no notice, closing it to paying guests didn’t sit well. Would definitely give them another chance.

The decor is amazing in the lobby area and the breakfast was great!! The city view and rooftop pool area is a plus! Also easily accessible to and from the Convention center.

Beautiful property. Everything we needed was there when we did venture out places were not far. Saddened that the pool was not heated. Also the text message service they said was available was not very responsive. While at the lobby bar/restaurant area we sometimes had to wait even just for staff to come back. Other than those few points, we would stay again.

A fantastic and charming historical property just south of downtown Dallas. A hidden gem in some ways. Great rooftop bar experience, large rooms, great lobby, and walkable location. I wish the Southside area were progressing more with restaurant, shopping, and other options, but, there is more than plenty to do nearby.
