No impressed at all. For the price of this hotel I was shocked they didn’t offer an airport shuttle. The pool is incredibly small and the restaurant/snack shop is very over priced.

The hotel is nice, but I give it three stars. The aesthetic choices do little for the comfort of the guests. The enormous atrium funnelled bar noise up 6 floors to my room until 1am each evening. I'm also, personally, not a fan of ledges so it was a mild anxiety attack each trip to my room from the elevator. I would rate the staff as 5 stars in my experience and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. But 3/5 due to the unrestful experience overall.

It was a very nice property but for the History and Legacy of the Hyatt Guest accommodations were highly needed in the room as access to water and genuine hospitality.

Great customer service. Spider bellman was excellent and also the african american gentleman working the budget desk. The hotel was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Great experience. Thank you!

My wife and I truly enjoy our stay at your beautiful hotel. From our entrance into our departure we were amazed by all your beautiful decor. The location is in the heart of DFW and we were able to see so many other amazing attractions

Fantastic venue! Like all hotels things can get expensive quickly but you get great value and service and a very comfortable bed and the showers are nice too. I can't say enough good about my experience.

Great hotel, uncomfortable bed.
The hotel itself was wonderful. The only issue was the comfort of the beds and pillows. If you like a firm mattress, this won’t be a problem for you. It was an issue for my family.

The staff was excellent and the room was clean. For some reason, I couldn’t get my YouTube TV to work, so there were limited tv stations to watch. The parking was down a hill, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking alone at night, so I had to pay for valet parking.

Probably keeping up with the maintenance of the bedding. One of the headboard was peeling off and so was the foot board in the other bed. The rest was very nice, professional, friendly. Great experience!

I stayed here for New Year’s Eve and it was a easy and pleasant experience getting to one place from another. It wasn’t too overcrowded. The hotel can definitely hold an mass amount of people. I definitely would come back next year for New Year’s Eve, and definitely would stay at the Hyatt for anything else that I need whenever I’m in downtown Dallas
