Charming and spotless duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and gas log burning fireplace and 2 living areas close to everything... Greenville Avenue, North Park Mall, Arboretum, SMU and Downtown/Uptown. Plenty of parking is available curbside along Brentcove Circle. One Bedroom has King sized bed and the other has a Queen Size, and a full Size. Bed is in the second living room. We are a few miles away and we be available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great Location for us! Nicely furnished and good setup by the hosts. Will try and stay here again as it is close to family near White Rock Lake. Hosts communicated with us quickly each time we had a query.

Great location near White Rock Lake
Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location for our family and for the birthday party at the lake. Loved how easy the parking and keyless entry worked. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely book again if needed and highly recommend.

A couple notes
This property was just what we needed and I would stay here again. A couple things to note: there is a king and queen bed, and two couches, if needing to sleep 6. And the DART does run close to the property so you’ll hear it but it doesn’t run all night long. The amenities were great, check-in and out was really easy, and the owners were responsive to questions before and during our stay.

This is a very clean duplex in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The manager was very responsive and easy to work with. We will defnitiely book again with them!

Great North Dallas Location
Perfect rental for a week in Dallas. Close to White Rock for walks. All our favorite shopping and restaurants were within 15 min. Very spacious and quiet. Beds were comfy. And hosts were easy to communicate with. We’ll be back!

Nice But Dated
Dated property but clean and comfortible. LOTS of luxurious towels. Host Linda was quick to respond when we had issues with the TV in the den. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware/dishes. Sugestion to make more handicap acceptable with grab bars in bathrooms. DART train runs directly behind property and noise affects master bedroom at night. Overall a good place.
