The property itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and just as described. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated how well-kept everything was.The only downside was the communication with management when asking if I could extend a night [for tonight]. I was told I could extend my stay another night, but that changed at the last minute, which made things a bit stressful. Aside from that hiccup, everything else was great and I would consider staying again in the future.

Great location! Communication needs improvement.

We definitely loved the apartment complex and the amenities it offered. Great location! One aspect that could use heavy improvement is upfront communication. There is no pet fee listed on the profile. In fact it says free under pet friendly in the House Rules section. I looked up the same place on another vacation rental site and it has a plethora of rules and possible fines listed that were not stated on the Vrbo app. The check in documents provided also needs to be updated with accurate information.
