Clean property, several suboptimal appliances/furniture, awful management.
The property was very clean. Whoever managment uses to clean regulalry is top notch. Which is good because there is a ton of foundation damage throughout the property. The foundation damage is so bad in several spots throhgout the house that it has caused the flooring to separate.

The door code that was provided didnt work when we first got to the house, but we were able to call and speak with someone who got us a new one within about 10 minutes.
The couches in the living room are basically non-usable. The cushions were extremely lumpy and the springs could be felt poking through.
The refrigerator water/ice dispenser did not work and the TVs were not connected to the wifi in the house, but we were able to connect them ourselves.
The biggest issue we had was when a notable storm system moved through the area, knocking out power and cause both tornado warnings and a flashflood warning. The later ditected all residents to stay inside until 11am unless flooding for safety or if directed to flee by law enforcement. Given that this property has a check out time of 10am we had asked if we could get a late checkout just until the flashflood warning was over (at 11am). The property owner told us they could, but only for a $75 fee. We thanked them for their beneficience and braved the tree strewn and flooding streets at our orginially assigned checkout time. Do yourself a favor and find another property.
