House was older without much insulation from the cold weather, 2” gap in door allowing cold aire in, several outlets didn’t work, coffee maker broken, no heat in one bedroom, weak WiFi causing Tv to lose reception..House not well maintained with glitter on the floors.. Lighting, not many Lamps and several bulbs burned out…

Disaster

Plumbing leak when we arrived. Outside trash cans full and not emptied. Broken garbage disposal-ignored outright and not addressed. Backyard was an eyesore with furniture in disrepair, unmaintained yard and fence in disrepair. Would have left this alone but just got notified that they are making an insurance claim for damage. that allegedly occurred while we were there. Complete and utter nonesense. Stay far far away
