That place need some serious upgrade.

My room was ok, however, I had to turn the thermostat up to 80*, to get the room temperature over 68*. The morning I was checking out, the toilet stopped working. Staff was friendly, but rooms were below average

The hotel staff said that the parking across the street was free and we got a ticket for parking in that lot a 185 dollars that upset me

Too many homeless people everywhere, hotel stay was great except the smell in the building, it wasn't awful, but annoying in the hallways. Was scared to walk anywhere with so many homeless people everywhere.

All good, just Valletta parking were full and we got there very late! And had to look for parking, the breakfast it’s very short time only until 9am, supposed to extended to 10 or 10.30 and no many choice

Staff super friendly and helpful! Loved the additional touches including front desk calling us to check in if need anything after settled. Complimentary hot chocolate bar and popcorn in lobby was a nice treat, especially for the kids. Also loved the free water and snack in the room. Little things go a long way. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were in Dallas for the Tony Robbins UPW and so we stayed for one week at this hotel. It was within easy walking distance to the convention centre for this event which was great. We found the staff to be very friendly and relaxed; the atmosphere of the lobby and the 'dining room' had a great vibe and breakfast options were plentiful and generous. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. One suggestion would be for the hotel to upgrade their toilet paper quality! lol
Other reviews comment on the area feeling unsafe and there being lots of homeless people. We walked around Dallas and found there were homeless people all over the city and although we had people approach us they were always polite saying God bless you so I don't think homeless people are the issue.
We flew into the airport at Fort Worth and took the train to and from St. Paul station and then walked the few blocks to the hotel which was very convenient. Overall this hotel was excellent and again the staff are what made it so!

The neighborhood was not at all what we expected as it was run down, trashy and inhabited by homeless people. The hotel was situated on the corner of an intersection only allowing for valet parking to which was full upon arrival. We were directed to park across the street in the misting rain. There were two parking lots and unbeknownst to us, we paid to park in the wrong lot resulting in a parking ticket.The next night of our stay, there was a parade going on downtown and they had the street to our hotel and parking blocked off. We had to ask an officer to allow us to get to the parking lot we had already paid for. No one notified us that this would be going on.
The building itself was old yet recently remodeled. Our room was unique, like an apartment with plenty of space for our family. Everything was clean and stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating as far as our stay goes.
We wouldn’t recommend staying here or downtown for that matter. We were concerned we may not have a vehicle or have some sort of damage before the weekend was over.

Nice property easy to get to. Just make sure you know there is only valet but it is nice.rooms were kept up and clean. Kitchen was really nice
The only thing that was weird is checking in originally because valet area is small and you have to leave your vehicle check in and then you go back out to valve

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.
