Quiet and safe property with few amenities- no shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer, stove and microwave with no utensils , dishes , or cups. Refrigerator but rusted on outside door. No coffee or tea. No alarm clock. Nice staff.

The carpet was nasty in the hallways. It smelled awful in the hallways light urine and pets. The room was clean but was very out dated. Faucets had calcium build up and rusted. Drains didn't drain due to vlogs in the sink. Very loud and disruptive guess walking through the halls at night and outside of the windows.

The beds were extremely small. Online says Queen but the beds are full. Room smelled like fried chicken and my other room fridge looked like grease splattered all over. Scared to touch

This property is dated and not clean. Paint chip throughout the room and cleanliness is sub par. We are checking out a day early due to this. These beds feels like futons. Our backs are killing us and sore from one night of sleep. Tried checking out at 8:30 am on 3/16 and they told us to call on Monday to talk to someone in management about refund or leaving a day early due to the conditions of this Hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until it’s renovated and updated. Traveling from St.Louis to this establishment is not a good choice.

Do not stay here. I repeat do not stay here. We had a traumatic incident in the parking lot from a group of men that were camped out outback. They tried to walk up to the side of our vehicle and grab the door knob of the handle where my 10-year-old daughter was setting do not stay here.

We stayed in room 305. Very good for what we were looking for. Next time i will bring my own soap, conditioner and shampoo. They had none, for the price. I can't complain. Definitely be back and recommend

So far ive stayed here 3 different times , this time i was asked for a deposit ,all the other times i wasn't, I think its because of the last time i stayed ,the key was lost in the laundry, I was charged 10$ for a new key and was ridiculed from the night person for missplacing the key like a child and must of put something under my name for future reference , when asked why i was needing a deposit, the GM said for incendentles , I asked what are these incendentels ,she said internet , I said but the internet is free with stay, she quickly said this is what all the hotels do, I said ive been here 3 times now , both the other times i wasnt charged , she said that they didnt have training on the proper protocols , I said are you the one that should be training them , she said yes, then i said If you did your job right , I wouldnt be asking you all these questions because your employees would of already told me about a deposit, she slammed my key on the counter and yelled the room number at me , very rude lady , will be the last time i stay there

Driving up to the place I immediately noticed alot of the kind of sketchy men you don’t want to be around, all around the building. I go in and the lady at the front is watching the surveillance cameras while also trying to tend to us. She was extremely nice and helpful, and also motioned things for my protection during the check in process which wasn’t a great feeling, because the guys behind me in the building were eating me alive with their stares. Okay so walking through the hallway you’re met with different bad smells including weed. Our room smelled horrible and musty but overall was clean. It felt like we stayed at a stinky halfway house for men. We paid online and it was non refundable. We needed something on the cheaper end (paid 75). We just stayed and had to be up and out very early anyways and just told ourselves, it’s a place to sleep.

I called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving around 10 or 11 pm and asked if that was ok. I was told either someone would be on site, or that I could dial 500 from the phone in the "lobby" and someone would answer. This did not happen. Nobody answered. I was unable to even get my room that I booked and had to find another place to stay for the night.

Cecilia the manager was very accommodating and tried her best to help but as for the hotel the room was not cleaned sheets had crumbs on them there was a bug seen in the bathroom which was also not cleaned My family and I were not happy with our room and will not be staying there again We give Cecilia two thumbs up but the hotel two thumbs down
