"good hotel, dangerous neighborhood."

"Friendly staff at the desk. Room was sub par. Long hair all over the bathroom and in the main room. Spots on bedding. Dusty corners. Shower barely got warm and wasn’t powerful. Pool area was gross. Snack bar was not well stocked. Room had a mildew smell. Hallway smells of cigarette smoke. "

"Trying to have a meal in the evening was very difficult. There were no options that were not heavy fried as far as appetizers to just have with a drink. My friend wanted a black coffee and the guy who was taking our order at the bar, said go and serve yourself at the free coffee in the middle. And he said they had just made it an hour ago, but I’ve had been waiting in the lobby for an hour and I didn’t see anybody replaced coffee."

"Clean quiet comfortable room. The staff is outstanding, made sure that everything was in order."

"Staff was super friendly and the building and room were clean. This properties only downfall is their location next to the highway. The road noise is pretty loud even at night. They do provide ear plugs and a white noise maker, but something to know if you're a really light sleeper."

"This is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms. It is located in the center of Dallas and easily accessible to many restaurants and shopping. Wonderful place to stay!"
