"This hotel doesn’t look anything the part the pool picture suggests. We didn’t use the pool so we didn’t see what that looked like, but the room itself looked like a utilitarian dormitory in a North Korean work camp. The room was dark, the carpet was old dingy brown, the beds were hard with but two tiny pillows, the decor was drab and it was barely furnished. The bathroom had no amenities but a mirror on the wall and toilet paper dispenser. I guess there was nothing wrong with the room but it was what you’d expect at $50 per night 2 star highway motel in the middle of nowhere rather than a 4 star in the heart of Dallas. We should have gone to the Omni."
