"Visited for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, stayed one night and could not have asked for better accommodations. We were very impressed with having frozen ice cubes and a cold water pitcher in the fridge upon arrival. Supplies for coffee in the morning was also clutch. Then a few days after we checked out, we were asked if we had left a charger in the room. It was not ours, however just the thought of asking us was unexpected and nice."

"Another wonderful trip to Burke in mid-March. Skiing was decent for time of year and condo was fantastic. Clean, had all the necessary items, and owner was incredibly responsive. We will definitely be back to rent this condo. 5 stars."

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. Eddie's instructions to get into the condo were excellent and there was even free Hulu! The washers & dryers are downstairs in the basement and there was detergent and fabric sheets available. All in all, a very pleasant stay! Oh, and Eddie's wife ran cookies out to me just as I was about to leave. Thank you so much! "

"A beautiful condo in an excellent location. It was the perfect base for our plan to view the total solar eclipse in Stratford, NH and return afterward avoiding traffic that turned out to be difficult for others. We would love to return for a summer stay and the opportunity to explore the Bretton Woods and White Mountain attractions. A ski vacation next winter would also be a lot of fun!"

"Perfect condo! All the rooms are easy to live in. The decor is very pleasing and fits the area vibe. Love the kitchen, and the Kuerig with the frother( I didn’t know I needed that in my life!). The area is very peaceful, 30 steps to the ski area ( the skiers were very relaxed and easy going ) Came to see the eclipse, but would definitely come back for skiing or just to enjoy rural Vermont!"

"We so enjoyed our time here. The owners were proactive with communication and responsive when we had questions. The property was spotless on checkin and well equipped with plenty of linens. The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. "Our initial room was overlooking the parking lot. I wanted to upgrade to a Mountain View room (facing the mountains instead of the parking lot), so they charged us more per night…no problem, I can accept that. The new room was on the complete other end of the resort. Had to carry all of our bags. Then that room had no hot water. We obviously had no choice but to complain. They said ok we’ll give you a new room. It was across the hall from our original room. 3 rooms later everything is great, but this is the hospitality business and was hoping for a little more help and not feel like I am a problem customer. "
