It is probably great for a frat party as they will not care what you do to this home given that it is already mostly trashed.It was definitely not worth the price point.More than half of the days we did not have hot water.There was a rat in the kitchen on our second to last day. We trapped it. No one from their team came to dispose of it despite being told someone would...
