"Very clean. Highly polished hardwood floors. Air conditioner on and room cool on a hot day. Older main building. Motel rooms seemed newly renovated, roomy, microwave, frig…large room inside for coffee, snacks"

"If I needed a place to stay in the area, I would come back. The place was very nice, clean, and well kept. We even sat around to fire pit and spoke with others staying there. We stayed in the main hotel building. The rooms were small, but clean. Be aware there are no TV's in the rooms, that may be a good thing for some. I also suggest that if the restaurant, Conover Club, is open it is a great meal. I have one minor complaint. They advertise that they give you free cups coffee in the lobby, but yet a cup of tea is almost $5? That makes no sense to me. I understand they have loose tea, but buy a box of tea bags."

"Our group of 22 friends stayed here this past weekend and absolutely loved it. The house was big enough for us to spread out without feeling cramped and the layout was perfect for us to all hang out together. It is such a beautiful house/property and the activities made our trip truly special! We had a blast on the volleyball court and taking the boats out on the lake. We're hoping to come back soon! I can't recommend this property enough."

Lisa provides homemade cookies at night for a sweet snqck. The property was clean, beautiful and brand new. We would definitely come back and atay longer. "
