Large house in beautiful property

This house is large with lots of sleeping arrangements. The house was clean and well stocked; especially the game rooms, both upstairs and downstairs. The property is beautiful. You feel like you're out in the country, but just down the road from everyday convienances. We had fantastic communication with property managers and they worked with our needs! Great for families!

We went over thanksgiving weekend. The house was perfect and accommodated all 12 of us comfortably, lots of indoor activities at the house itself (so even in the cold we were having a great time). The kitchen was well equipped, we were able to cook a big thanksgiving dinner (minus the turkey). We enjoyed a hike close by, and went into the city twice where we visited Powells books (a MUST in my opinion), the Zoo and had delicious food in town (definitely try Kasbah moroccan restaurant). We also enjoyed smores and a cozy time around the fire pit. Overall great place to stay!

Family Holiday

This property was quiet with beautiful views and the home was perfect to host a crowd. We used all 4 fridges, the BBQ, and both kitchens to cook a meal for 16 people. There was ample space for the 12 that slept there. It has a homey feel and activities to keep teenagers entertained. Lots of towels, paper towels, and trash bags on hand. Coffee, tea, and spices were impressively stocked. You can hear it when people walk upstairs but nothing that disturbed sleep. We would stay again!

Family gathering

Attended a wedding in Troutdale. Family lives here. Loved this place with all the room. Two families total 8 in our party. More than adequate. Everyone had their own room. Worked perfect. We were on the move so didn’t get a chance to utilize the property. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Great game room for the youth. Will look to book again. Thanks

No short cuts here!

This home is more than just being esthetically pleasing, it was luxurious! No shortcuts! Everyone woke up rested and breakfast talk was about how nice the beds, pillows and linens are. Separate activity areas made it so we could all enjoy the house and not be on top of each other. They all want to rent again!

Family Christmas Trip

Overall, the house was excellent; we had 12 people, the house sleeps 14- although it was difficult for all of us to eat at the tables provided, too crowded, a suggestion, long tables in the sunroom off of the kitchen would be nice to eat at. We did a lot of cooking while there and the 2nd kitchen downstairs was very useful for oven/stove space; the dishwasher downstairs didn't work. The kitchens were very well stocked for all of our cooking needs, just missed a hand mixer, which I had neglected to check availability of that. The house was very clean and nice beds and bedding, which is important to us.

Great Manager

I hate staying at a VRBO with a management company. But not this time. The management company did their job. I did not have to go to another site to rebook everything g I already booked. Lots of the management companies do this but this one did not. They did EVERYTHING they said they’d do. Just awesome. I would use them if I had a VRBO. Oh house was great too. Everything worked well and very comfortable.

Family Reunion

House was well stocked with everything we needed. Pots, pans, dishes, towels, sheets, blankets, etc were all of good quality and plentiful. I appreciated having all the spices, teas, soaps, and cleaning products. We didn't need them but it was awesome having four refrigerators! There were 14 of us celebrating Christmas and it was nice we could all hang out together in one area. Lots of activity options available from games, puzzles, nintendo, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and even yoga mats for a morning workout. My only complaint was we struggled to regulate the temperature in the house. Everyone sleeping downstairs was cold so extra blankets and snuggling were needed. I would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect family reunion

This property was perfect for our 12-person family reunion and could have comfortably accommodated even more guests in real beds. Set in a peaceful countryside location, the home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the two game rooms and the eight rocking chairs on the front porch—great for relaxing and spending time together.The layout was excellent, offering multiple gathering areas and plenty of sleeping space, which made it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The home was well-stocked with generous supplies, and the host was extremely responsive and attentive. When we needed a propane refill for the grill, it was delivered right away.Thoughtful touches, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom, along with enough paper products for our entire stay, were much appreciated. Note that the beds are on the softer side, which some guests may prefer. Also, we didn’t see any fire pits on the property, so the listing may need to be updated if that’s listed as an amenity.Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d absolutely recommend this property for large groups or family gatherings!
